For using www.BandeLal.com and its services you hereby declare and confirm that you neither shall list nor provide nor post any information correlated to exchange or purchase of information, content, services and goods declared illegal under Republic of India laws or are included in prohibited list of goods, services, information and content.

Policy of Prohibited Items

Following items are prohibited for postings, classifieds, and information sharing:-

a) Tobacco products, liquor, alcoholic beverages, intoxicants, narcotics, medicines, psychotropic materials, or any other material prohibited under existing law inclusive of but not restricted by 1940 Act of Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1954 Drugs and Magic Remedies Act and Narcotic Drug and Prohibited Substances ACT, and1860 Penal Code for India.

b) Living or deceased person or persons; whose body organ/ organs is/are kept preserved either artificially or naturally including blood and any other body fluids.

c) Religious items such as artefacts, books, or information that could harm the sentiments of other groups or individuals.

d) Prostitution in any form that is in violation to provisions of Indecent representation of women or Immortal Act and those which violate morality and decency of contemporary Indian society.

e) Obscene items representing women indecently as per definition in 1986 Act on Indecent Representation of Women (Prohibition). Films, images or publications that represent minors, and computer games unsuitable for minors to play or view also forms part of this prohibited list.

f) Films without Central Board of Film Certification or films described as repulsive, revolting, or in any way offending standard norms of morality, propriety, and decency as per opinion of a reasonable adult.

g) Offensive material purportedly for use in an abnormal sexual setting such as fetish and bondage items, or any items representing human genitals.

h) Items or information those are abusive, threatening, and defamatory in nature and content.

i) Art treasures and antiquities in contradiction to terms and provisions of 1972 Antiquities and Art Treasures Act.

j) Stolen, pirated, and counterfeit goods, and illegal and unauthorized services.

k) Information those are false, misleading, and fraudulent and in contrast to the actual use of products and services.

l) Goods, and/or services that attempt passing off third party properties or rights thereof, or breach an individual's own right to property.

m) Computer programs or products that transmit virus, facilitates computer hacking, damages systems and installations, and damage data and set up.

n) Information must not include hate content which is slanderous or derogatory and directed to harm a person or a group of persons or incite violence.

o) Pesticides and chemicals declared hazardous as per provisions of 1985 Hazardous Chemicals Act.

p) Explosives, fireworks, destructive devices or any such materials used in the making of these.

q) Slot machines, sweepstake entries, and lottery tickets.

r) Personal information, personal financial records, and identity documents.

s) Police and military uniforms, badges, coat-of-arms, Government monograms, insignia, or any such item violating 1950 Prevention of Improper Use Act, and 2002 Flag Codes of India Act.

t) Ammunition, guns, tear gas shells, switchable knives, and weapons as declared in 1959 Indian Arms Act.

u) Multi-level marketing and pyramid marketing schemes which are directed towards cheating users.

v) Fraud schemes, duplicating content, and spamming content, and abusive materials.

w) Inappropriate listings.
